These Terms of Service govern your use of onboarduae.com and the translation, localization, content-creation and interpretation services provided by On Board Translation (License CN-4041618), Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the language pair, word count, service type and urgency you provide and are confirmed after we review your files. Prices are transparent with no hidden charges; the figure we confirm is the figure you pay for the agreed scope.

Turnaround

Our standard capacity is 2,500 words per business day with full QA review. Express delivery is available at the rate shown in your quote. Deadlines are agreed in writing per project.

Confidentiality

We treat all client materials as confidential and can sign a custom NDA on request. Files are not retained beyond the project lifecycle unless requested.

Quality and revisions

Every project undergoes editorial QA before delivery. Standard corrections within the agreed scope are included at no extra charge.

Liability

Our liability for any project is limited to the value of that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
